Located in the charming Queens Park Area of New Westminster, the project at 325 Third Street balances the neighborhood's historic charm with modern style. This indoor and outdoor living area shows our dedication to creating spaces that respect the past while embracing contemporary design.
One of the standout features is the custom vaulted cedar roof, which not only adds a touch of rustic elegance but also complements the architectural style of the surrounding homes. The warm, natural tones of the cedar create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall appeal of the living space.
The architectural concrete stairs serve as a striking focal point, providing a seamless transition between different levels of the outdoor area. Paired with meticulously laid paving stones, these elements contribute to a cohesive and visually appealing landscape.
We designed the firepit to be a central gathering spot, perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends. It adds both warmth and ambiance, making the outdoor space usable even during cooler months.
One of the most innovative aspects of the project is the installation of an eclipse patio door unit. This feature blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living, allowing for a smooth flow of space and light. It creates an inviting atmosphere that encourages a seamless connection with the natural surroundings.
